PART 1 is a weekly class that meets each Saturday for 4 weeks from 9:30am-11:30am beginning January 13 and going until February 3. Part 2 is 5 weeks on Saturdays from February 17 until March 16. Both parts are included with your registration. Parenting can be challenging, overwhelming, and lonely. This course will bring you deeper into community and provide the support you need. You'll have space to breathe, find joy, and feel more empowered to meet daily challenges.
